Bookings & quotations

• All quotations are based on the route, dates, vehicle and passenger count shared at the time of enquiry and are subject to vehicle availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from our team and receipt of any advance amount mentioned in the quotation.

Charges

• Toll, parking, state permit/entry taxes and driver night allowance are charged as mentioned in the quotation.
• Extra kilometres or hours beyond the agreed package are charged at the rates mentioned in the quotation.

During the journey

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption and illegal items are not permitted in the vehicle.
• Seating capacity as per vehicle registration must not be exceeded.
• The driver may refuse to drive in unsafe conditions or on unsafe instructions.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns or other events beyond our control, though we will always try to arrange an alternative.
